We take
back products which are damaged or defective at the time of Delivery or
Collection. Once the product is received it must be checked by the customer.
For all
personalised products the print will depend on the quality of the image
supplied. Once a product is customised it will not be returned or exchanged.
They can be contacted for any faults during
the warranty period.
The original proof of purchase will be
required to claim the Warranty
